Company Profile

A specialized recycling technology company for the renewable energy economy.

Mobius Recycling is focused on the resource recovery of photovoltaic modules, wind power systems, and supporting renewable energy assets. Our team has worked in new-energy solid waste recycling for more than a decade, covering safe end-of-life handling, high-purity material separation, and industrial circular reuse.

We are preparing a U.S.-localized operating platform with production capacity, compliance operations, and cross-border service systems designed for North American solar farms, wind farms, EPC contractors, O&M providers, manufacturers, and downstream material buyers.

Our core dismantling equipment, separation lines, purification workflows, and low-carbon treatment processes are developed in-house. The operating model is built to align with U.S. environmental expectations, industrial solid waste safety practices, and large-scale renewable asset retirement scenarios.

Core Business

Two asset streams. One circular recovery platform.

We support both planned decommissioning and recurring material take-back programs, from one-off damaged modules to multi-site utility portfolios.

PV

Full-Category Solar Panel Recycling

Recovery services for single-glass and dual-glass modules, damaged or low-efficiency panels, aged utility-scale inventory, production scrap, and balance-of-system photovoltaic materials.

  • High-temperature activation recovery for large retired module batches
  • Automatic dry mechanical separation without high-risk chemical additives
  • Low-corrosion solvent-assisted recovery for high-purity silicon, glass, and precious metals
WT

Wind Asset Decommissioning & Recovery

End-to-end handling for wind blades, nacelles, tower steel, power cables, electrical cabinets, transformers, and supporting equipment from onshore and nearshore projects.

  • On-site removal planning, compliant segmentation, and heavy-equipment logistics
  • Resource recovery for steel, aluminum alloys, copper, non-ferrous metals, and reusable industrial materials
  • Standardized sorting and transfer into North American metallurgy, manufacturing, and renewable supply chains

Solar Recovery Processes

Three proprietary pathways for different module conditions and customer goals.

01

Thermal Activation Closed-Loop Recovery

Designed for large batches of aged, low-efficiency modules. The process separates encapsulants and backsheets while preserving silicon substrates, tempered glass, and conductive metal materials.

02

Automatic Mechanical Physical Separation

A low-temperature dry process using staged crushing, screening, and layered separation to split glass, EVA film, silicon cells, and electrode materials with minimal manual intervention.

03

Low-Corrosion Solvent Fine Recovery

An environmentally oriented solvent method that targets high-adhesion EVA encapsulant while protecting reusable silicon, tempered glass, and industrial precious-metal feedstock quality.

Technology Advantages

Self-developed equipment, process control, and operating know-how.

Our advantage is not a single machine. It is a closed technical system covering equipment design, field operations, material separation, purification, traceability, and downstream circular supply.

Closed-Loop Industrial ChainSurvey, lifting, logistics, dismantling, purification, warehousing, and circular sales managed through one accountable workflow.

Full-Chain Operations

From retired asset to qualified secondary material.

Mobius Recycling is designed around direct control of the full service chain. This reduces handoff risk, supports compliance documentation, shortens project timelines, and gives customers a clearer total cost of recovery.

Coverage is structured for solar and wind concentration zones first, with scalable support for operators across the broader Americas market.

Mission

Make renewable energy truly renewable at end of life.

We are committed to lowering landfill dependency, reducing end-of-life environmental risk, and unlocking the secondary value of retired photovoltaic and wind assets. Our long-term goal is to become a trusted strategic recycling partner for the Americas renewable energy sector.
