Mobius Recycling is focused on the resource recovery of photovoltaic modules, wind power systems, and supporting renewable energy assets. Our team has worked in new-energy solid waste recycling for more than a decade, covering safe end-of-life handling, high-purity material separation, and industrial circular reuse.
We are preparing a U.S.-localized operating platform with production capacity, compliance operations, and cross-border service systems designed for North American solar farms, wind farms, EPC contractors, O&M providers, manufacturers, and downstream material buyers.
Our core dismantling equipment, separation lines, purification workflows, and low-carbon treatment processes are developed in-house. The operating model is built to align with U.S. environmental expectations, industrial solid waste safety practices, and large-scale renewable asset retirement scenarios.

Solar Recovery Processes
Designed for large batches of aged, low-efficiency modules. The process separates encapsulants and backsheets while preserving silicon substrates, tempered glass, and conductive metal materials.
A low-temperature dry process using staged crushing, screening, and layered separation to split glass, EVA film, silicon cells, and electrode materials with minimal manual intervention.
An environmentally oriented solvent method that targets high-adhesion EVA encapsulant while protecting reusable silicon, tempered glass, and industrial precious-metal feedstock quality.
